A
graduate of the Université Paris-Dauphine and a CPA, he began his
career as an auditor with Calan Ramolino & Associés (Deloitte
Touche), where he managed various audit assignments for 3 years.
In
1997, he joined Banque Arjil (Lagardère group), an investment bank
with a strong industrial focus, where he rose to the level of Deputy
Managing Director. During this period of intense activity, he
contributed to several major transactions: the Matra Haute
Technologie / Aerospatiale merger; the SNECMA takeover of Labinal
and Sylea; Advisory services for EDF in the capital restructuring of
Framatome.
In
2000, he founded the mergers and acquisitions department of MGT, a
firm specializing in information technologies and media. In four
years, he completed more than fifteen transactions in a particularly
challenging economic environment.
He
founded Financière Cambon in 2003, a perfectly logical
extension of his prior career experience. Rapidly, Financière
Cambon built up its credibility and, by June of 2004, ranked
among the top advisory firms for transactions in the 1 to 50 million
euro range.
Holder
of a Master’s degree in business law, a graduate degree (DESS) in
entrepreneurship and a Master’s in corporate finance from UC
Berkeley, he began his career as manager of external growth and
legal transactions at Siticom, a consulting firm specializing in
networks and telecoms that is listed on the Nouveau Marché.
After
completing five acquisitions and conducting the sale of Siticom to
listed new technologies consulting firm Devoteam, he joined the new
entity as deputy director of development and financial
communications. He completed a dozen deals and was responsible for
financial analyst relations.
In
2004, he joined Dassault Systèmes, the world’s leading provider
of PLM software solutions and listed on both Euronext and NASDAQ, in
the corporate finance & investor relations department. In this
capacity, he took part in several major cross-border deals.
In
late 2005, he joined Financière Cambon to conduct consulting
assignments and take part in the firm’s development, notably with
top players in the IT field.
A graduate of Université Paris-Dauphine, he began his career in the capital markets as a corporate bond salesman for Exane. In 1999, he joined MGT, a firm specializing in information technologies and media, where he completed a total of 12 rounds of fund-raising that garnered around 40 million euros.
In 2003, he became an entrepreneur, launching Tech4field (2004, software publisher for high-mobility occupations), Tech4trials (2005, publisher of solutions for the optimization of clinical trials), and Nexims (2006, publisher of Certificall, a security solution for access to web services). In 2007, he became a
managing partner at Cübb (Digital Mobile Display). He remains on
the management boards of these companies today, working alongside
the private equity funds that are now supporting them.
In
parallel, from 2004 to 2009 Morgann continued to develop his
expertise in corporate finance, completing around 10 fund-raising
and M&A deals with ML Capital.
Since
November 1, 2009, he has been working with David Salabi’s team at
Financière Cambon, offering his experience in fund-raising and
growth businesses in the IT field. He is also responsible for
international development for FC and relations with the
international network of business partners.

a B.S. degree from the University of Richmond (Virginia, USA), where
he completed all of his university education and his Level 1 CFA,
Ilan began his mergers and acquisitions career with Goldman Sachs
and then Calyon New York, where he learned the academic foundations
of the business.
After
three years of experience, he joined Financière Cambon in early
2007 out of a desire to be associated with human-scale as opposed to
mega transactions. He offers FC his international experience in M&A
and his knowledge of the process.

Paris I, Mostapha began his career as a financial analyst for Dexia

financial valuation and his knowledge of publicly-traded midcaps.
His expertise was rapidly brought to bear on the sale of Diwan
(listed on Alternext) to France Telecom, the first IPO in this
market.

Engineer by training, Jonathan supplemented his technical education
with a master’s in financial engineering and taxation from

corporate financial department of Axess Technology, France’s top
independent distributor of electronic components (REV of €'45m).

After earning a degree from Sup de Co Reims (Business School) with a major in finance, Oriane started her career at Solidworks Boston – Dassault Systèmes in the financial department. She improved her technical skills thanks to an experience at PwC Paris, prior to work as an M&A analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB.
Oriane decided to specialize in Technology after acquiring a solid M&A expertise in this sector at Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance and joined Financière Cambon in 2009. She brings to the team her financial modeling capabilities and her technical skills.

Having obtained a Master of Finance at the Montpellier Business School and a Graduate Program at the University of Manchester, Stanislas has carried out a year working in Investment Bank at Rothschild’s M&A department in which he took part to sell-side / buy-side deals and fund raising in IT sector.
He starts at Financière Cambon in 2010 in a challenging environment in order to strengthen the operational team in sell and buy side mandates.
